We support AgriFood startups from Ideation to Scaling.
The Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank is the German development bank for the agricultural sector and rural areas. Its funding mandate includes, in addition to agriculture and forestry as well as the entire food value chain, the expansion of renewable energies and the promotion of nature-based solutions. Special emphasis is placed on innovation support. This includes research and development, early financing of agriculture-related startups, and the introduction of new technologies and products.
The TechQuartier is an innovation center located in Frankfurt am Main. It supports and promotes cross-institutional innovation activities as well as economic and social transformation processes through networking events and startup programs, along relevant future trends and demands. The TechQuartier is part of the Digital Hub Initiative of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action.
The Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL) promotes new ideas in the agricultural sector with numerous initiatives, funding programs, as well as through model and demonstration projects and research. On behalf of the BMEL, the Agriculture Pension Bank specifically supports agribusiness-related start-ups and their ecosystem. The goal is to increase the innovation and competitiveness of the agricultural sector as well as to support the necessary transformation process.

Organifarms
From hackathon to harvest robot - Organifarms was founded in 2020, driven by the idea of more sustainable agriculture. A year later, the first prototype of BERRY was born. As winners of the Growth Alliance Start-up Bootcamps and alumni of our Accelerator, Organifarms has been a long-standing member of the Growth Alliance.
